I have dug up nothing, but I think that someone could easily write one in ASM (probably in DJGPP protected mode, even though PM TSR's can be somewhat hard to debug). Actually, my problem is using DOS 7, but it is just as bad. Yet another case where Microsoft thinks they can beat the normal people down.
