You must think it in the following way: This dialog is to set the DEFAULT options, not the values for the current editor (this dialog is missing in RHIDE, is the ALT-L of my editor). So OK is "yes use it as defaults". To All means: "Use it as defaults AND set ALL the editor with these values". Why Cancel fails?
