The library reference is a document which describes the library. It shouldn't describe things which are NOT in the library. It is even impossible to do so, since the libc docs are arranged by the function names. I do agree that it would be nice to have such an addition, but it should go into the DJGPP Knowledge Base (info/kb.inf), not into the libc docs. I think it should be a part of a tutorial about porting software to DJGPP (any takers?).
