Please excuse but it is currently really a little bit "complicated" in RHIDE to enable the profiling option. As said above, you have at first to select the -pg in the "Debugging" options, but then you should use the checkbox in "Options/Libraries", where at the end is a checkbox called "link for profiling". Please select this and all should work. An other alternative is the set the -pg switch in "Options/Compiler options", but this only as a hint, since it is not needed with the steps above.
