Not easily. If you want to write a Windows app linking with DLL's, see FAQ
section 3.6. There is a different but useful dynamic linker out there, I
think it's called DLM or DLX or something. Look in the v2tk directory on
Simtelnet.

DJGPP includes a *very* minimal dynamic linking scheme called DXE. See FAQ
section 22.13 if interested.
