The zip-file-picker indicated that the subject
   files might be compilable libraries and/or
                                               test-utilities.

So, from ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/
     I downloaded djlsr201.zip and
                             djtst201.zip.....


Unzipped these in my
   C:\djgpp directory,

No readme file seemed to help for installing/make-ing
   so I tried blindly/wildly double-clicking on the
   highest-level makeall.bat
   but it told me that it cannot
   run "cc1plus".....this is no
   surprise since this file I
   do not have...?

but now I do not know
   what to do next.
