I've been working on an odds calculation tool for Axis & Allies (a Risk-like
game published by Milton Bradley).

I have the main engine working and now just need a nifty interface for
capturing input parameters.

Please provide recommendations for user-interface libraries.  I envision being
able to define a text form with fields for the input parameters.  I think a
text interface would be good enough -- though if there is a way to create a
windows interface, I would also be interested.
