Yes, all of DJGPP works fine with any DOS version above 3.0. You can't use long file names, of course, but other than that no problems. No changes are needed, in fact many things work better under DOS (NULL pointer protection, etc). I've been using DJGPP for quite a while with DOS 5.0/Windoze 3.1. RHIDE works too.
