You may be more successful later when Tony Friery creates SWORD home page on GeoCities (I think at Christmas or later) and current version of SWORD will be placed there. For now I place new prereleases at our ftp://ftp.bspu.ac.by/pub/djgpp for them of us who has good link with me. For example delorie.com mailserver has fine connection with bspu.ac.by such as inti.ar (SET) and basoft.enta.net.
