Note that ftp.simtel.net is not a single site, but it is several sites
(of which one is assigned to you). Unfortunately, not all these mirrors
are updated at the same time, and some sites even not contain all
djgpp's files!!!!! (like the .alphas/*). So if you don't have luck, you
cannot even download that file using ftp.simtel.net.
