This is to announce that the DJGPP port of GNU Make 3.76.1 was patched to
correct a subtle problem in handling conditional directives around or in
the middle of rules.  The updated files v2gnu/mak3761[sb].zip should be
now available from your nearest SimTel.NET mirror; they are dated
September 30 or later. 

This bug prevented people from building Allegro 2.2 and later.  So if you 
work with Allegro, you might consider upgrading.
