Actually, I did check the FAQ...but as I was poking around looking for the STL headers, rather than trying to use them and getting unresolved externals, this FAQ item ("8.7 Unresolved externals when linking programs - Q: Why do I get so many unresolved symbols when linking my programs?") didn't attract my attention. I was scanning for something more like "What ANSI C++ features are/aren't supported?". As it turns out, my confusion was caused by the C++-specific headers living in a different directory (./lang/cxx, IIRC) from the 'usual' header dir (./include). In any case, thanks for the FAQ pointer! --------------------------------------------------------------------- | Craig Berry - cberry AT cinenet DOT net --*-- Home Page: http://www.cinenet.net/users/cberry/home.html | Member of The HTML Writers Guild: http://www.hwg.org/ "Every man and every woman is a star."
