I'm not sure if this is the same problem, but I had user reports which seem to indicate that Windows 3.11 (not 3.10, which I think doesn't exist) with 32-bit File Access enables *and* Win32s installed--these two together cause the DJGPP-compiled Emacs to trigger a GPF. Either disabling 32BFA or uninstalling Win32s would make these problems go away, in the case of Emacs.
