I personally think that DJGPP, Rhide, Allegro and Game Programming is almost all that 70% of the people in this list are looking for. If there were two or more lists (one for DJGPP and one for Allegro), it would be very difficult to follow. I very often follow a link en Game Programming in the web and found demos of games coded in DJGPP and Allegro.
