I tried this with -fpic (and my old i386). GCC, however, complains about an undefined reference to GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_. What went wrong? I found only a very little related info from the info files. FAQ didn't help either. If I manage to compile my files, the next problem is propably the structure of this offset table. Anybody know more about it? Thanks already in advance! -- - Sasu ----------------------------------- Sasu Liuhanen, sasu DOT liuhanen AT hut DOT fi
