I don't know if this should work. Please make sure that you run "temacs -batch -l loadup dump". You also need to copy emacs.exe to its bin subdirectory. If you did all that, please post the exact error message that you see when Emacs starts. I doubt that it will help you, since my copy of Emacs is already quite different from the one on SimTel.NET (I have installed various improvements that will be in the next version).
