Okay I successfully built rmake.exe and ran the makeall.bat
file in d:\djgpp\tests directory again.
It did get farther than before so that was one of
the problems that needed solving.
The batch file got as far as assert and then died 
with unrecognized command and invalid directory errors alternating for three times.
The directory in which I was dumped was
d:\djgpp\src\libc\ansi\.
Has anybody ideas as to what I'm doing wrong this time?

I'm going to write a djtst201.doc file for djtst201.zip
so that others will find the way along my path a little easier when they
first download the packages.
