How much ram do you have?? 16 meg?? Try closing down as much as you can, even Explorer. Try creating a new Desktop shortcut to run your program or run it through Run on the start menu. Also try switching Win95 to a low res, (should free up some Vid memory.) Remember even a Dos box takes 1 meg.
