Just to mention it here:

Spawning of Pmode/W programs works with Pmode/DJ, doesn't work
at all with CWSDPMI (parent creashes after child returns) and
doesn't work to well with Win95 (parent or Win95 DPMI host
crashes when child is spawned the 2nd time from the same
program).

Charles Sandman says it's a bug in PMode/W which I think is true,
but unfortunately the author of PMode/W doesn't reply my mails.
