Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="------------6B0C305540B0" Precedence: bulk This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------6B0C305540B0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit I, recently, got the Djgpp package, version 2, and uncompress onto my harddisk. The document said it required: set Djgpp=C:\Djgpp\Djgpp.env. The documentation, which I had read, did not mention any other for the installation. I did not get a chance to download the entire Djgpp, V2, but the C/C++ material was the most pressing. In running the gcc, an error was generated: gcc.exe: installation problem, cannot exec `as': No such file or directory (ENOE NT). I am unaware of what 'as' and did not see anything outside of setting environment variable; therefore, I can not even guess where the installation problem is from. The attached files were gotten by: C:> set > environ.1st; C:> go32-v2 > output. Hopefully, my conundrum is not too serious.
