This would be the best solution (if there is indeed a problem). Mailing lists are not so good - a hassle to get on and off, no access to DejaNews for retrieving old stuff, plus I prefer to keep my inbox restricted to personal mail. I believe that there is a fair amount of effort required to set up a new newsgroup, and wonder whether it is really justifiable at this time. Would the comp.os.msdos.djgpp maintainers care to comment or offer advice? regards, tom
