I've installed RHIDE and DJGPP in a novell network. All path's and
environment variables are set by an batch-file.
With DOS I can't get any HELP from RHIDE-Menu. Also it is impossible to
start it with german language. I tried with environment variable
LANGUAGE=DE and with parameter -L DE. 
With Windows95 I get HELP from inside RHIDE but no german language.

What's my fault????
