Hello there!

It would be nice if anybody modified the TTF2PCX source so it can draw
*all* the font characters (including 127-255), because now Allegro
supports them and at least here in Spain we need quite a lot to write
our idiom okay ;) I would mess up with the code, but I have no access to
the Windows compiler :-/
