I translated the allegro docs to info format about a month ago, and sent them to Shawn for his perusal. They had the basic menu, with links to all the chapters, but there was no index, and they were poorly formated (most of the example code got jumbled up when texinfo messed up the tabs). I doubt Shawn ever formatted them, not because he's lazy (he isn't), but because he is very busy with other stuff. I never did sit down and get them to look right, so you'll have to format them yourself, or put up with unindented example code. Ask Shawn to put the info files on his website, and if he can't or won't, I'll e-mail you a UUE encoded zip file.
