You need a monochrome MDA compatible video card and a second monitor which is connected to that card. Do not simply install a second VGA card, it will (I never tried it, but I can imagine) not work. And if you have installed the MDA card and the monitor, RHIDE will detect them automaticaly (I hope) and use them (when not disabled in the preferences). BTW: This feature of RHIDE realy nice especially for me when I debug RHIDE itself.
