This information is only available on the Microsoft Developers CD. I recently
extracted this information from the CD and as soon as I can get it into a
legible format (when pasted in the clipboard all formatting and line ends
are lost) I will post it. This will be a large post (probably broken up into
multiple sections.) This will take me a while so please be patient.
