The version of make which is in the SimTel.Net archives (mak375b.zip) seems to be a version of GNU make, of which the executable is called make.exe (as it is in the usual GNU distribution). If you mean something which you have or had called 'gmake.exe', it would be useful if you say what it is and where you got it... Chris
