I use RHIDE version 1.2. I noticed a similar problem when using the 1.1b release of RHIDE. The mouse 'cursor' pointer would be invisible until I pressed ALT-F5 and then switched back. This occured in both a true DOS (6.22) environment and in a Windows 95 DOS 7.0 shell. I use the Microsoft DOS mouse driver, version 9.01. The 1.2 release does not exhibit this problem on my system anymore.
