Are you sure you are in the correct directory (or, better, ensure you used
the -d parameter while unzipping Allegro...). You should find a file called
makefile. Then, run make and ... it should run. Actually I had a little
problem, caused by the DJGPP version. Ensure you are using v2 and not v1.
