When any help window is opened in RHIDE, you can hit F1 again to
get help about using the integrated INFO viewer. And the short
solution for you: Hit ^D in the help window, and you will get
'dir' node of the INFO system.

Or do you mean to get other INFO files for the syntax help?
In that case simply add that file to searchable files
for the syntax help (Help/Syntax help/Files to search)
