Many thanks Hey, what a speed do you expect?? For me is running in a DOS-box under W95 already faster than in raw DOS (and that's also the only reason for me to use W95). W95 has a very good disk cache, which will remember in most cases also the executables in the cache and so in the RAM. But you can use also under W95 a RAM-drive, but please compare the speed (with or without RAM-drive) and you will see, that there is no visible different (under W95).
