Yes, I have compiled it and it works.

There is a bug in `make.bat' file.  The author of the package
promised to correct it in next release.  You should edit the 34th
line of this file from `copy x86\gmp-mpar.h gmp-mpar.h' to `copy
generic\gmp-mpar.h gmp-mpar.h'.  

Also in file `gmp.h' (after installation) you should edit line
167, adding `|| defined (__dj_include_stdio_h_)' at the end.
