My link is almost saturated now (anyone want to buy me a faster one? ;-) I already handle eight lists, two of which are news gateways (one is just nh.test). The usual problem with breaking up a newsgroup is selecting the new grouping. For example, why not c.o.m.d.workers, like the mailing list? Or c.o.m.d.announce, gated to the announce list? Of course, then there's the hard splits - using djgpp apps vs creating djgpp apps vs writing djgpp itself. Another things - the more newsgroups you have, the more likely that people will post to the wrong ones.
