Thanks to Charles Sandmann for the help with the DPMI problem. If you need a fixed SVAsync Library get it by anonymous FTP from ftp://cantor.nt.tuwien.ac.at/tony/djgpp/svas010b.zip This library also provides an additional function to read *ALL* characters (including 0x00) from a serial port.
