These are the main C++ include files.  Allegro includes a 'setup'
utility written in C++, and thus the build process requires that you
download the C++ packages (v2gnu/gpp2721b.zip and v2gnu/lgp271b.zip). 
If you don't want to bother with this, then comment out the portion of
the Allegro makefile that builds 'setup.exe'.
