I would encourage anyone who can, to please go ahead and make it happen. The Win32 platforms currently don't have a decent free solution for developing software, which is a Bad Thing IMHO, especially as serious development has all but left MSDOS. Unfortunately, I know almost nothing about Win32, which at least currently prevents me from contributing to this project.
