It works fine for me, but I don't use the same address. Mine is
www.teaser.fr/~jpdelprat/jptui38d.zip or
www.teaser.fr/~jpdelprat/jptui38b.zip according to the version. 
My provider send you to www.teaser.fr or w3.teaser.fr according to
where you are connected from. Maybe w3.teaser.fr hasn't been fully
updated. Try again later and tell me if the problem remain.
