Yes.  In fact, it's easy.

DJGPP is a freeware, 32-bit MS-DOS port of the GNU C/C++ compiler and
tools.  It runs in native DOS, Windows 3.1/95/NT, OS/2, Linux, Caldera
OpenDOS... in short, every known PC operating system.  Full information
on DJGPP can be found at <http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/>.

To get started quickly, point your ftp software to the following URL:

 <ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/>

Download the file 'v2/readme.1st'.  Read it.  :)  It will tell you the
steps you need to take to download and install DJGPP.  In order to get a
full Unix shell, you will want to get the following packages:

 v2/djdev201.zip     (development environment)
 v2gnu/bsh1147b.zip  (GNU bash shell)
 v2gnu/bnu27b.zip    (GNU Binutils)
 v2gnu/gcc2721b.zip  (gcc compiler)
 v2gnu/gpp2721b.zip  (g++ compiler)
 v2gnu/lgp271b.zip   (C++ libraries)

Additional, recommended packages:
 v2/faq210b.zip      (FAQ list)
 v2gnu/gdb416b.zip   (GNU debugger)
 v2gnu/mak375b.zip   (GNU Make)
 v2gnu/txi390b.zip   (Info documentation browser)
 v2apps/rhide11b.zip (IDE for DJGPP)

If you want to develop native Windows 95/NT apps, you'll want to get:

 v2tk/rsxntdj1.zip   (RSXNTDJ)

If you want your programs to be distributable, you'll need:

 v2misc/csdpmi3b.zip (CWSDPMI DPMI host)
