Also, is the trouble +->restricted to Allegro 2.2, or did anything like this happen with earlier +->versions? +-> Hi, I tried Allegro 2.2 beta, and I found when the bug exactly happens ( I think so ): when the program sets the resolution by using GFX_AUTODETECT it sometimes bugs, I mean it bugs when you switch to 640x400 or higher, and it doesn't in any other case. I found this by trying with ex22.exe which allows to select the gfx mode. I also tried to modify an existing bugging example: GFX_AUTODETECT => GFX_VESA2B ( for example ) and it perfectly works. All this doesn't happen with the previous version of Allegro. PS: As I will be away for a long time, I won't be able to read the news ( for 2 weeks ) and when I'm back the answers will probably be lost by my newsreader, so it would be kind to send me you answers by mail too. Thanks. ( triquet AT fil DOT univ-lille1 DOT fr ) -- Fred. Frederic Triquet E-Mail: triquet AT fil DOT univ-lille1 DOT fr
