Actually, the above Emacs distribution will work on MSDOS or MS-Windows without any other part of DJGPP. The only package that will be required (on MSDOS only) is a DPMI host; v2misc/csdpmi3b.zip will do if you don't have a commercial DPMI host installed. On a 386 without 387, you will also need an FPU emulator. (Actually, I should have put CWSDPMI.EXE and EMU387.DXE inside em1934b.zip, sorry.)
