The log seems to be OK.  Please post the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT in 
use for that specific DOS box, and the output of the command SET in that 
DOS box.  Also, can you undelete the file c:/djgpp/tmp\ccdaaaaa after ld 
crashes and post what DIR prints for that file?
