The binary distribution isp3120b.zip includes ispell.exe, auxiliary programs and shell scripts, and a medium-plus version of the American English dictionary (those who used Ispell on Unix platforms know this dictionary by the name americanmed+.hash). The source distribution isp3120s.zip can be used to rebuild Ispell with other dictionaries; you will need the bash port and most of the GNU utilities in the v2gnu directory to build Ispell on MSDOS. Note that the Emacs interface to Ispell doesn't work on MSDOS (it requires async processes support). In case you didn't know, Ispell is a fast screen-oriented spelling checker that shows you your errors in the context of the original file, and suggests possible corrections when it can figure them out. The file README.dos in the binary distribution explains how to install Ispell. Please read it before unzipping the rest of the package. Future official releases of Ispell will support DJGPP out of the box, so if you find any bugs, especially if they seem to be related to the DJGPP port, please report them.
