So I'll try again: I am using djgpp and rsxntdj and playing around with a few header files. These files, which I downloaded do not work correctly with djgpp. Most of the problems arise from something like this: -------------------------------code example -------------------------------- struct sockaddr_in { short sin_family; u_short sin_port; struct in_addr sin_addr; char sin_zero[8]; }; -------------- snip - A bit farther in the file: ------------------------------ typedef struct sockaddr_in FAR *LPSOCKADDR_IN; --------------------------- end code ---------------------------- How can I change this do not produce any error's anymore? I think the problem is the struct in a struct? Or, if you're an experienced djgpp'er I would appreciate it if you would go over the file yourself and fix it. The code sample is from a winsock.h file. If anyone of you has a winsock.h or winsock2.h file, please sent it to me. Thanks for your time, martijn
