M$ is also allegedly gonna? has? support/ed native OpenGL in NT if you have one of 'em expensive cards. But for DJGPP which isn't really windoze-centric, I wouldn't know. the other thing is, the GLX lib and Mesa are for Unix, and they expect to be able to connect to an X server.
