I don't know if you are asking this as a user of DJGPP or not. If not, then this is the wrong newsgroup to ask in (although I am sure somebody here knows the answer to your question). If you do have the DJGPP installation, all you need to do is load the man pages into the latest version of Info. It will read them in and convert them and you can then use the 'print-node' command to print the man page to a plain text file. The latest Info version is in v2gnu/txi390b.zip.
