Umm, you got what from where? I searched delorie.com and could not find such a file. But if you want the GNU binutils 2.7 compiled for DJGPP, then you should just download the complete package (v2gnu/bnu27b.zip) from SimTel and install it like any other DJGPP package. If what I have said doesn't make sense to you, then you need to go to ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2/ and download the file 'readme.1st'. Read it thoroughly. Then get and install the files you need according to the instructions.
