I can't get djgpp to recognize a long filename in a dos box on win95, eg,

gcc thisisalongfilename.c

complains:

gcc.exe: thisisalongfilename.c: no such file or directory (ENOENT)
gcc.exe: No input files

Am I missing something simple here?  Thanks.
