Thanks Michael Phelps posted a test program for delay().  But unfortunely,
I got the same problem on my machine.  I am using Petium 120 with ASUS 
P/I-P55TP4XE motherboard, and I run the program under the DOS box of Win95.
I didn't test the program on pure DOS environment (I didn't install DMPI
on DOS).

I test both Michael's codes and mine on other machine (Petium 133, ASUS P/I-
P55TP4N motherboard), both programs run OK on this machine.  I don't know
the what's wrong but looks like the behavior of delay() depends on hardware ??
