I haven't the exact syntax here, but if you know how to do it in plain DOS, then you know how to do it in W95, because it is the same, except that you should use the ramdrive.sys from W95. In the W95 directory there should be a file called 'config.txt' or 'commands.txt' (I don't know the exact name now) where all the config.sys commands are described (including the creation of a ramdrive).
