You probably have an extremely old version of the DJGPP distribution. 
Try running 'go32' without arguments and see what it prints.

The latests information on DJGPP can be found on this newsgroup or from
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp.  The primary download site is
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp; get the file v2/readme.1st
to get started.

The latest DJGPP version as of this date is v2.01.
